Mike in the office is super helpful, the main reason I decided to rent here was because I witnessed him going above and beyond for someone else that lives here. The other reviews do not lie, this is truly a luxury apartment and office staff cares about the residents and they show it. When I asked if that type of care was just at this property Joshua told me that is a service that you will only get here. His staff has his support when it comes to taking care of the people that live here. I am glad to call these apartments home. I like the fact that I don't have to call the office if I need anything, they respond to text messages and they keep you notified of any issues so you are prepared and know what to expect.

Love living at Park on Napoli! The place is clean, quiet, and super well kept. The staff actually care — Josh is the best! He even took the time out of his day to help me carry my dresser up three flights of stairs when I moved in. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Just recently moved from Florida to Texas and got an apartment in Park on Napoli. The leasing managers and staff (Iris, Lashonda, and Joshua) have been very patient and helpful throughout the process. They are an awesome team! They were professional and knowledgeable in all the aspects of leasing on this property. The place is beautiful and I am happy I chose this place and feel at home.
