I went to the tile shop very clueless ,besides my own research Vicki and Bernado was very helpful in helping me pick out the tile and the flooring for my mom bathroom build, but we ran into a problem with the time schedule for the materials to be delivered to the store ,But Bernado when above and beyond to make sure we got back on schedule,very nice guy and Vicki was a joy to work with as well,,the project bathroom build turned out wonderful,I would definitely recommend this shop and I will be going back myself for another build,Thanks Bernado ,thanks Vicki….and the tile is gorgeous 😊

They resolved a large return credit I had from one year prior without any issues.
