I went in looking for tile for a small bathroom remodel and ended up spending more time than I expected just because there were so many options. The staff gave me space to look around but were easy to find when I had questions, which I appreciated. They explained the differences between a few materials without trying to upsell me. Prices seemed pretty fair compared to a couple other places I checked. I haven't finished my project yet, but so far I'm happy with what I picked and the whole experience was pretty smooth.
