I came into The Tile Shop last week to see a tile recommended for my bathroom by a designer. Faith Cann inquired if I needed any assistance and from there it became such a wonderful experience. She patiently spent time with me trialing different choices to use with the recommended tile. She had many great ideas and taught me about the design process and size of tile to use in different locations in the bathroom and gave me reasons for the “why” of it. She not only ordered some sample tiles, but even drew out to scale the “look” on paper. Thanks to her effort I can now more clearly visualize the end result. Needless to say this is quite helpful for the customer when taking on a bathroom remodel. Thank you, Faith!
