I went to The Tile Shop today for a tube of caulk and was helped by Tony. The shop was very busy and since I was just there to get caulk I was not expecting a lot of help. I was totally wrong. As soon as Tony was free he took time to help me locate the color I thought I wanted. As we were walking back to the register I showed him a picture of the shower I need the product for and he stopped and got out some samples of tile closely matching my picture and put the original aside, went in the back and brought our a better match. Iām pretty sure my purchase was the least amount of the day and maybe the new year and yet I felt treated like someone buying for a remodel. Great selection of tile and great service.

We had really excellent service and assistance at this store. George the manager, Brittany our sales associate and her colleague Richard were all very helpful and gave great guidance. They suggested interesting design ideas and provided valuable insights that led to our final choice which turned out great as our kitchen backsplash. Definitely our "go to" store for future tile needs....!
