The customer service at this location is truly superb! I placed an online order that had issues filling due to an online glitch. I was so sure my order was going to get cancelled, but instead I got a call from Kyle. He talked me through a few different options and helped me get the tile I ordered in the end! It was such a pleasant experience to be able to talk to an actual human person and not some AI machine to resolve any issues that naturally arise when taking on a big project. I will be recommending them to anyone I know looking to remodel. I genuinely didn’t think this level of customer service existed anymore, shoutout to Kyle! Thank you and your team for everything!

I had a great experience at The Tile Shop thanks to Kyle and Brandon. Both of them were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed or pressured. They answered all of my questions, offered great suggestions, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Excellent customer service like theirs is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be back for future projects and highly recommend asking for Kyle or Brandon if you visit!

We recently used The Tile Shop in Countryside for our master bathroom remodel out of state. Thanks to their professionalism and tile knowledge, the Store Manager, Kyle, and Associate, Natalia, were able to guide us to achieve a beautiful refreshed bathroom. We would highly recommend The Tile Shop and will be returning for advice on future projects.
