I'd give more stars to this store/location if I could! Kyle was unbelievably helpful with my bathroom remodel from start to finish even when my concepts changed back and forth a couple times. He helped set up delivery of the tile and got more than enough, but when the entire project was complete he let us know if we returned whatever inventory was left over from the project we could get $ back. When we did return 4 boxes of unused wall tile, Kyle immediately accepted them and sent a receipt within minutes! Most importantly, he helped us every time we came in to see tile in different lighting and understand the best product for the best part of the bathroom. Throughout the entire process, Kyle from this Tile Shop location was the most efficient part, and he was attentive leading up to delivery as well as after. 10/10 WOULD recommend this location and Kyle in particular!

Would give more stars if I could! Brandon handled the design for my bathroom remodel. He is personable, knows the inventory, had great ideas and was generous with his time. He graciously accommodated my repeat visits and Goldilocks decision process until we came up with the solution that was just right. The other team members I interacted with also were first rate, ready with a welcoming greeting and offer to help. Ordering and delivery were accurate and on time. The store is attractive, tile is beautifully displayed and room mockups showcase applications and design possibilities. Highly recommend Brandon and the team at the Tile Shop in Countryside.
