We were in the process of a Bathroom Remodel, when we got scammed by the people we hired. They basically botched up the job, and took off. In the meantime, they had used all the tile we had ordered from The Tile Shop. We had to start over, getting the bathroom demoed, and everything torn out, including the tile. We went into The Tile Shop, and explained what happened. They gave us a very generous discount since we had to re-order all of the tile. We were floored (pun intended)! This act of kindness saved us some money, and made the pain a little less. Excellent products, and excellent Customer Service. We dealt with Jason and Mike. Jason is the store manager. Great guys! A big thank you to The Tile Shop. The bathroom is on its way to being complete, and we couldn’t be happier!
