We recently retiled our bathroom. Nicole Schramm helped us pick out all of the tile and worked through everything we would need. It would not have turned out nearly as nice as it did without Nicole's help! But we were not done with our challenges. We found out that the old tile was covering up drywall issues around our granite vanity. Dan Lahti recognized our 20-year-old granite and helped us find granite pencil that matched to address the problem. Thanks to the Tile Shop for getting through the project with great results!

Walked into The Tile Shop with no expectations for real help. We saw 'free design help' on a sign and saw Nicole sitting at her desk. Thought we'd give it a try. Best spur of the moment decision ever. Nicole jumped up and asked how she could help. Our direction was clear as mud, but she was able to read through the 'well we kinda like this' and helped us develop a real plan that we love! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
