We rolled in to this location at 10am with two kids under 3 and a strict deadline (and budget). Tim was helpful, caring, efficient, and knowledgeable. We talked through undertones, styles, pattern mixing...etc. He was patient with us as we were deciding and especially patient with our children; we could not have done it without him. At one point he even offered to push our stroller as we walked -- what customer service! We highly recommend this location. We were able to leave with everything we needed that morning -- all thanks to Tim!

I have been purchasing tile from The Tile Shop for 20 years now. They always have a large selection available. Tim Unti from the Canton, MI store is very knowledgeable and always ready to help when I send customers in for selections. I highly recommend Tim and The Tile Shop. Jim Richards MR Remodeling
