I really like the way their website works-it was so easy to order samples by mail. That got me thinking of what went where. When I made an appointment for a tile consultation with Jennifer, it cemented the process. She listened to my wishes, paired it with her great sense of color, and got the 3 tiles right on the first round! So far, it's been a great experience!

what a wonderful team! we arrived at 6:45 pm because we got stuck behind a train. welcome to jax🌞🇺🇸. we called The Tile Store. Jay, the manager, personally took the call and told us not to worry. We told him that another store never even placed our order and our tile guy was scheduled to start in four days. Yikes! Jay again told us not to worry. We finally got there and Jay took care of us. he is calm and patient and thorough. the quality and enormity of choices is unmatched. the product came in two days! i am sure Jay wears a cape when the store is closed and proclaims that he believes in Truth, Justice and The Tile Shop way. and it sure helps that Robert Besee is Jacksonville’s top tile and grout artisan! he sent us here!

We had a leak in one of our bathrooms, and we had to redo the tile work. We were feeling overwhelmed with all the choices available. This was our 3rd tile store we visited on the day we purchased our tile. The other 2 stores were not very helpful at all. We looked around for a few minutes before we were met by Karen. She was awesome and so personable. After a few minutes, I felt like I had known her for years. She helped us come up with a plan for our bathroom. Karen has a wonderful personality and great customer service skills. We would definitely recommend The Tile Store and Karen.
