The Tile Shop had everything I needed that I could not find at Floor and Decor of the other big box stores. Bryant and Josiah were great to help me find exactly what I needed—they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Bryant is a wonderful store manager. I just got off the phone with Brad at this location and he was absolutely amazing! He helped me by getting a sample for me that I couldn’t get online. I’m 2 1/2 hours away and he was able to ship it out today. I am so grateful for his super friendly and fast assistance over the phone. You’ve got a great employee there!

The Store Manager, Bryant was exceptional! He was patient, explained various products carefully, and was committed to assuring that the tiles were delivered in a timely manner... for when the "tilemen" were scheduled to install them~ The associate, Josiah was also VERY kind, patient, and helpful! The product that I choose... white, split faced with sparkles, called "Sierra Vista " worked beautifully! ✨️
