We were in the store well past closing time and he kept working with us until we had exactly what we were looking for. I recently visited The Tile Shop in Greenville SC. My expectations were not particularly high with the lack of customer service in retail today. My goal was to go in, take a few pictures of items I liked for both a bathroom and kitchen remodel. Good, right? However, I was greeted by the store manager then introduced to Andrew! That was a pleasant beginning and the visit only got better. Andrew asked for my vision, listened intently, provided me with water while I sat and waited for him to gather items in the colors and finishes I expressed interest in, came back and allowed me to see my vision realized; all in less than an hour. I took home a sample to surprise my husband with (wives you understand). Since my initial visit Andrew has followed up with updates relevant to my stated goal during my visit. I highly recommend The Tile Shop, Greenville SC for your bathroom, kitchen, and or flooring needs. Spend where you and your money are valued and appreciated!

We’ve been working with Andrew Rosenbloom on a tile project for our master bathroom and he has been so helpful at assisting us with the right selection! We are very excited to see it all completed! Our only issue is we’ve been waiting for our insurance company and our builder to negotiate the details!
