Super helpful staff. Wide variety. Lots of mocked up stations so you can see product actually installed. They're one of the few places open on the weekends. Products available for any budget and they're very responsive if you run into any problems.

I highly recommend The Tile Shop on Haywood! All of the staff are wonderful…so knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! We visited other tile stores but did not find the quality of products or the professionalism and welcome we received at The Tile Shop. We purchased a home in Inman in September and have been remodeling and making so many decisions every day and trying to stay within our budget. It can become overwhelming…. After our first visit I never went back to any of the other stores and will continue to do all my tile business with The Tile Shop. What a breath of fresh air it has been to have such a relaxed experience with fun people. We mostly worked with Brad on our first project for the kitchen and then with Jacob more recently for a bathroom and laundry/mudroom. They both have great taste and are very skilled at designing and understanding their clients preferences as well. I had ideas of what I wanted and came in flashing my paint chips around and showing photos of rooms I liked but knowing that I needed help from a professional to guide me. We had so much fun! We feel the prices are reasonable, the quality of the tile and supplies is excellent, the ordering and receiving of the products was made simple and efficient and everything arrived when expected and in good order. The staff made our experience so easy! I love my kitchen! I can hardly wait to have the bathroom and laundry projects complete and look forward to choosing the tile for the master bath next. Thank you to all of the staff at The Tile Shop for being so kind and fun!
