During my many months long tile search for a recent Master Bath remodel I visited a variety of tile shops as well as the usual big box stores and they either didn't have a good selection of quality tile or knowledgeable sales personnel that were willing to spend the time to help find that perfect tile. I worked closely with Mary E. at The Tile Shop and she was very knowledgeable and so patient with me. Alex has assisted me on multiple projects now. She is kind, insightful, and patient. When she was scheduled off on days I dropped by, her peers saved the information to my files so I could discuss with her on my next visit to the Bel Air location. I LOVE the tile we selected for the floor and when I discovered the vanity didn’t come with two side splash, Alex was quick to locate the perfect “matching” tile! I couldn’t be more pleased.

It was a pleasure to have Alex help me with all of my home projects. She was incredibly nice, knowledgeable and knew her products.
