I had an excellent experience at the Tile Shop in Rockville. There was a wide selection of tiles for my needs, there were samples available at the store to take home and I love their sample policy – keep them up to 60 days and return them within the timeframe for a full refund. All of that was wonderful, but the real star was my sales rep Jasmine. She greeted me when I walked in, asked if she could help without any pressure, listened to my specific needs, ask for photos of the space and off we went! We gathered samples for me to take home, she followed up through email and texts, and when I returned the samples, she had others to suggest along with grout colors to complement the tiles, and we found the winner! I would absolutely recommend The Tile Shop and Jasmine for all your tiling needs!

I wanted to thank Kaitlyn for her unbelievable skill and expertise. We were daunted by having to pick tiles for two bathrooms in a short amount of time, but Kaitlyn had the perfect balance of approachability, design sense, and patience to get us through. She helped us through so many options and always with such creativity. She was available by phone and text throughout the whole process. Our bathrooms look great thanks to her!

When I had to replace all my bathroom tiles due to a water leak, I went back to the Tile Shop where I shopped for tile in the past. I met Franklin Romero who designed my “new” bathroom. His skilled design, expertise and follow up totally blew me away. My “new” bathroom far exceeded my expectations. I love the finished bathroom. It’s more like a spa now thanks to Franklin.
