We had a very positive experience with the Tile Shop in Chantilly VA when we had our shower remodeled. The staff was very helpful throughout. The had a good selection of colors and sizes We found a perfect tile match for the walls and floor in a Carrera marble pattern. Prices were reasonable.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at the Chantilly store. Bruce Pham is absolutely amazing. His Customer Service from the minute he introduced himself to me, to moment I picked up my order was extremely helpful. Bruce is very personable, professional and has been courteous, and continually willing to assist me. After my first walk in at their location to coming back with my kitchen samples so he could assist me with and provide his professional input. I was satisfied with his selection as we discussed all my options. He followed up with emails, a call and was always eager to greet me when I arrived. Never was he pushy! Bruce was very dedicated to help me find my proper kitchen tiles that I needed to make my kitchen remodel a home run! I look forward to going back for his assistance for my future bathroom remodel project. I could tell there are a lot of good staff members there, but Bruce really stood out to me! Kudos to Bruce!! New construction and renovations can be a nightmare. What color, what patterns..very timetaking process. Renovated my bathroom and luckily by chance i stopped in at The Tile Store in Chantilly where i met Gina Micciche. Gina is a Rockstar! She spent at least an hour assisting me with design concepts, totally engaged and helpful from start to finish! Chantilly is by no means the closet (I came from Upper Marlboro MD) but definitely the worth the trip! Highly recommend! Thanks again Gina

I truly loved the experience. The young lady who assisted me was very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. She has a wonderful way of making customers feel welcome and want to come back. I don’t remember her name, but she had orange hair.
