This was my second time shopping at this location. The reason for my return was the excellent customer service and professionalism I encountered on my first project. Georgia, our consultant at the Tile Shop, made such great suggestion our first go-around and she didn’t disappoint this time either. I came in with ideas for replacing my kitchen backsplash, and she recommended a few options that were perfect for the space. We ended up going with her very first suggestion. At the big box stores we went to, there was no expertise and when I asked for suggestions I was met with “well, it’s what you like and what your personal taste is”. While I understand that, it’s nice to have a sales person who knows the inventory and the aesthetic the customer is looking to create and provides options. Anyone can walk into a store and pick out a tile off a shelf. That is the difference and that is why I prefer to shop in places such as the tile shop. They have consultants who do this all of the time and understand how to work with customers in creating the look that they want. I will be back for all of my renovation projects!
