Very helpful staff here, plus a great selection of tile in a premium feeling showroom. I’ve been to some of the competitors but The Tile Shop is my favorite and where I plan to shop for future projects!

Tile Shop , Wayne Ken B, You deserve this compliment. Unfortunately I had to goto an another tile supplier location that was closer to a clients home. Was in there easily 30-40 minutes. Not ONCE was I greeted, asked if I needed help. Not even a hello. I saw one guy walking with another customer.. passed them 3 or 4 times Brought my samples to the desk in the back and was finally acknowledged. He instantly took a phone call (Mind you I could see other employees, so not like he was manning the ship alone for a little bit, I’d understand that) He went to get the 3rd sample I needed from the back…. Returned and again, took another call. On his desk was a mouse jiggler to show computer activity when you aren’t actually at the desk. (Apparently to fool corporate that he was working) As a comparison, anytime I’ve gone into TileShop Wayne (and I’m a regular) I’ve instantly been greeted and helped. Or greeted with “someone will be with you as soon as possible “ Ken and team, You are doing it right and it’s been noticed and appreciated. Thank you

Brian was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly while helping me look through tile options. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The store itself has a very beautiful selection of tiles. I just happened to pass by on my way home and decided to stop in, and I’m glad I did. I would highly recommend working with Brian if you visit! His professionalism really stands out!
