Came to the store with a rough idea what we were looking for, for our kitchen backsplash. Explained it to Joe the manager and with in no time we found exactly what we were looking for. The selection here is great and the board displays they have here give you an excellent idea of what the product will look like. Joe and the rest of his team did a great job in helping us find the tile/marble that went well with our cabinets & countertop. We’ve been back since to mull over the grout color as well and their help has been equally as helpful. We highly recommend coming here.

I bought 2 different tiles for a project here over the last few months and everyone has been so great. Samantha spent probably a half hour if not more helping find me samples she thought would work for my project and Brianna and all the staff there are excellent. Seamless buying experience and easy pickup. Even unexpectedly got upgraded to free home delivery for one order. Would definitely recommend!

I was lost and having a very difficult time making tile choices for our bathroom remodel. After going to several places, it was recommended to me by my sister to go to The Tile Shop. I had the good fortune of working with a designer named Melina! Within two hours of being there, we had all the choices made for each and every part of the bathroom. Her design sense was exemplary and she was wonderful to work with. I will tell all friends and family to go to The Tile Shop for their design tile needs. I was also impressed to find that she wasn’t the only designer there, there were many and they all contributed! And then the best part might’ve been they made sure that these tile choices worked within my budget, which was very important. There is no other place I would ever consider going if I had a tile need other than The Tile Shop in West Hartford, Connecticut.

Found some beautiful tiles at The Tile Shop. The project came out exactly how I wanted. The sales team were helpful, even if they were still training on the POS system. Joe the manager, was excellent with following up when the tiles arrived. Quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend for your tile needs!
