I ve been a resident at Red Coach Village 3 yes and I LOVE My place!! It’s a Peaceful Community very scenic and well kept it’s great for Families and or Singles. Our community has been recently been blessed with an Amazing Addition her name is Reisha she is our New, Fresh, Energetic, Property Manager she is always willing to help, she is always has a smile, positive words of encouragement and an over all zest for life that’s infectious!! We are LUCKY to have her and our new maintenance staff as well.

I really love the these apartments, but what I really love is the staff. Reisha is very professional. She gets back to you whenever you need something fix as fast as she can. Her and the maintenance staff has the neighborhood looking clean and presentable.

My daughter and I love our apartment. It's a quiet area, it's clean and the staff is really nice. I want to think specially Reisha Fleming (Ms. R) for her professionalism, she is a friendly person always available she is just awesome. I value your work. Thank you dear.

I came to Red Coach Village earlier this year and compared to my last place I would give them 10 stars if I could. The front office ladies are great. The grounds are immaculate. For the size and lay out of my apartment the cost is phenomenal. It is a tremendous upgrade from my previous living situation for only a few bucks more per month.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a highly desirable (quiet, space) community for a reasonable price. Leasing office will go out of their way to help you find the apartment that best suits you, and will provide the best support needed along the way. It's pet-friendly and kid-friendly. Large balconies and more amenities included with rent. Kids spend most of their time at the playground and the dog park with our furball. Pool is amazing and the business center is so convenient for me. Everything is great. Absolutely love it.

We just moved in and so far we love the place. During the application process, the staff member who helped us was very nice and patient. They also made sure we were squared away and thoroughly informed us of any imperative information. It is a quiet place so far, and the grounds seem to be well managed. It is a spacious apartment and rent is affordable. They are pet friendly and are on top of every request I have had. I would recommend this apartment complex.

Very quiet and nice environment. They have plenty of room to walk your animals on the property and for kids to play. The staff has been helpful with any issues that have occurred on the property or in the unit. It is a very friendly apartment complex. Plus they have everything here. The amenities are great. Love the pool are and the clubhouse and it's very convenient having a fitness center on the property.
