I just moved in two months ago and so far I'm really happy with what I've experienced. The apartment I moved into had new carpet and appliances and it was really clean. I called about a leaky faucet and the maintenance guy came over an hour later to fix it. Considering the rising costs of just about everything, I feel lucky to have a place that includes appliances and laundry facilities. So far I'm really satisfied with my choice to move here!

One of the best and most hospitable apartment complexes i have ever lived in! The office staff is amazing and they have always helped me with any questions or concerns i have had during the year that i have lived here. There are beautiful open spaces and an extremely well kept pool. Up-to-date appliances and laundry facilities as well! It is a safe environment for people of all ages.

Apartment hunting is a full time job!!! I did a lot of research and visited a lot of places looking for a place I could call home. The last place I visited were the Morris Square Apartments and I was hooked immediately. It is a gorgeous place. Apartment buildings are not all cramped up so it gives you an open space feeling. The apartment is spacious, with plenty of closets for storage. And let's not forget to mention location. Everything is close by, even the park to exercise and have some leisure time. Another main thing is that all the people in the office are so nice and willing to help, they make you feel welcomed right away. I expect to call Morris Square my Home for many years to come.

I love this apartment, it is quiet and clean and has a beautiful pool. The staff here are kind and friendly. I would recommend this apartment to anybody. The rent is a good price too. It is conveniently located to shops, food and my place of work.

I enjoy living here. I have lived here for 9 months and I intend on staying here for several years. I feel safe and I love my spacious apartment. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I love Landscaping. I love the pool and most of all I love all of the natural light that each apartment has.

I have lived at Morris Square for the past year and just renewed my lease for another 15 months. I shopped around to see if there was a better deal in Jefferson, but after looking at a few places I realized that with the utilities being included in my rent, there isn't a better deal. have referred a couple of my friends to live here as well (and made lots of money off of the referrals), and they have been happy living here too.

I and my family used to live here and these apartments are a very peaceful and friendly place to live with amazing work staff and a very clean and homey environment. I was sad we had to leave do to my job relocating.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE I have zero complaints about my apartment or my community. I feel extremely secure and safe. I feel like my kids are safe. I love how quickly Maintenance responds to my requests. I will live here as long as I live in Mt. Morris.

I'm very please with the staff, the office ladies are very nice and helpful. The maintains guys are also friendly and efficient. Plenty of the occupants do not pick-up their dog mess, but what can you do. The bathroom and kitchen needs some updating, but overall I'm pleased.

I lived at Morris Square for just under a year before I was transferred out of state by my employer and it was a great experience. The staff was always very helpful and professional. I had one maintenance issue that was solved quite fast and very professionally. The grounds were kept up very well. The best part of Morris Square was the apartment layout. I never had problems with noise (though I didn't face a courtyard). I would certainly recommend Morris Square to everyone.
