I really like this community. If I would have known about these apartments, I would have been here since I have lived on my own years ago. I really enjoy my short walks to anchor bay. The staff in the office are so professional about attention to the residents in this community. I'm in a one bedroom, which I was originally concerned about but the apartment is very spacious with plenty of room for me.

I have only been here for six days. So far I am pleased with Lakeshore Pointe. This is actually my first apartment. I have always lived in a home. The office staff are very good, they really seem to care about the tenants. They have been so helpful since my first visit here. The maintenance staff are great too. I just need to get used to the noise of other doors closing and I am sure I will enjoy my new life.

Lakeshore apartment homes are the perfect place for beginners. As my first apartment home, I would have to say this is the best around. The management is always helpful and cheerful, problems are usually solved within a little bit of time, the mail is always on time. And the premises stay clean from litter and garbage everywhere. The neighbors are quiet, there's no late-night loitering so I feel safe.

Had a problem with someone trying to take my leases carport with notes on my ride incalled the LandLord in charge of Lakeshore pointe and she dealt with it quickly for me and was very friendly and understanding of my situation with this I really enjoy living here and would recommend it to someone else

I feel at home and safe here. Really enjoy the maintenance staff! I live upstairs so you hear the occasional bump from below, but, overall very quiet. I don't even mind the commute to work because I know I'm in a good neighborhood.

Amazing place to live. Great location close to the city but with a secluded and quiet feel. Staff go above and beyond to make it feel like "home" and are there for every request and need. I love it here!
