The staff are very nice and willing to help. My maintenance requests are always resolved within 24 hours. This is a pet friendly community and people are kind to one another. The staff does a good job at communicating with its residents. The apartments are spacious and absolutely beautiful. I feel fortunate to have found such an amazing place to retire.

I am so happy with my move here. The the apartment is gorgeous, the area is perfect, and it's so relaxing. I feel very safe here. Great neighbors and amazing staff. The basement and the clubhouse are my favorite part of the complex. Excellent choice I made in deciding to move here!

The staff was very helpful in helping me move forward in the move-in process. I'm recently retired, so I need all the help I can get. The apartment was clean, and all appliances in working order. They have a nice, peaceful picnic area and a huge community lounge for all tenants. A great, safe community in the heart of metro Detroit.

I just recently toured and applied at Highland Tower. The community was very well taken care of and the staff was very helpful with the information pertaining to the application process. The amenities are great. The rates were very reasonable and the move-in special really helped me since I'm just starting out on my own. The surrounding communities wanted an arm and a leg for their up front fees, rent and pet costs!! I really liked how I met the whole staff on my tour, even the grounds keeper! It's really nice to know who will be taking care of you during your stay. I'm really excited to make Highland Tower my new home! 🙂

Nice apartments, very modern which I like. The grounds and landscape are very tidy and clean. We enjoy just walking around the place. The community lounge is great and a nice outdoor grilling area is very convenient. It's mostly quiet but for some neighbors above us. We have complained, and hopefully, it will be taken care of quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Highland Tower is in a wonderful location. It's not too far from local stores or the interstate, yet not in the heart of the city. The staff are excellent and listen to any concerns I may have. Maintenance is also great. I like the fact that the buildings get washed from the ground up every year. It is a quiet community, which is very nice.

I highly recommend the Highland Tower Apartment Homes. Everything from the application process to scheduled service calls handled in the most professional manner. The staff is very kind and attentive. I love the fact that if needed, they looked in on things while I was on vacation. So close to EVERYTHING in town. It's a beautifully landscaped property. The rental unit was clean and updated.

Beautiful landscaping, nice picnic area, wonderful staff, and maintenance crew! I feel safe here. Noise from other tenants has been non-existent. Everyone here has been great and very friendly.

The staff is friendly and courteous. They are very understanding and help out in situations. The maintenance team is very fast, all of my requests were taken care of the next day after submitting.
