Just a note to new residents. This is a safe and wonderful place to live. The leasing agent is dedicated and knowledgeable and is always willing to help and answer any and all questions. The property is well kept up and maintenance is quick and efficient. The staff is great and easy to work with. I am so happy I moved to Georgetown. Amazing place.

Nice area to live, the rooms are updated, the landscape around the place looks good, and it's very quiet here. I also enjoy where this is located cause there's so much you can do nearby, from parks to shopping and even have fun in downtown, it's all in close distance especially the mall.

Nice apartment with reasonable rent. Conveniently located to shops and entertainment. Clean and safe common areas with super friendly staff! Whenever something needs to be fixed the maintenance crew is on top of it quick. I have always been very happy with the complex in general.

Let me just say the start of trying to get moved in was wreck, Bethany was no help almost lost an apartment due to her not doing her job and was super stressful but her replacement Bridget is outstanding from the moment she heard of our situation she has been nothing but helpful And friendly In every way ! very much looking forward to living in here!!

Super quick and easy application process. Very accommodating staff. I love the location. Plus the chips and salsa right next door are a great perk! The people here are very friendly and seem like a safe area to live in.

I have only been living at this property for three weeks, but I must say I'm very impressed. I have been in the property management field for 6 years. I have been a leasing agent, assistant manager, and also a property manager. The staff is extremely friendly and very quick to respond to all my needs within a timely matter. They excel at customer service. The amenities are awesome! My apartment is GREAT! I LOVE IT! I've had two maintenance requests (in which wasn't the complex fault, it was mine!) They responded within hours on one non- emergency request and the emergency request they were there within 30 minutes! ALL the neighbors I've met are so nice! And I can't hear ANYONE EVER in my apartment and I work from home so I'm there a lot. I also work very weird hours so I've been up at different times and still NO NOISE! How is this possible? Because GEORGETOWN is awesome! I'm absolutely amazed! Plus the location is killer! And I love having a Quick Trip on the corner! So CLOSE! Being in this field I can plainly see this property strives to please the residents within their power. Thank you, Georgetown for attending to all my needs and making me feel at home!

Best place I've rented from in over 10 years! Having to move time and time again due to silly issues is simply annoying. From my experience so far I can anticipate saving that extra money from frquent moves and buy a house within a one or two year time frame.

Loved living at Georgetown. The staff was wonderful and answered all my questions that we had. We have met so many wonderful people who are great friends of ours now. If you ever need anything the staff is wonderful and most helpful we just love them. I truly really recommend this place.
