I went here to get my ozark trail fixed it need gear adjustment and the dude who fixed it went really quick and the gear were still bad so he fixed them up for me for free love this place.

It took me forever to find the perfect bike for me. Had no idea there was levels to this biking stuff lol but I’m so glad I found this store. I think I was helped by Nathan initially. Very sweet! I didn’t buy that day though. I ended up buying it online after trying another bike and realizing the Batch fitness bike was best for me. Bought it and was greeted by Wayne when I came to pick it up. Wayne is amazing. He knows it all. Very friendly. Very helpful & I’m very satisfied with my purchase. The staff here is awesome

I very recently started getting into biking as I signed up for a triathlon that is in a few months. I felt like this sport was really intimidating because there is so much gear needed and such a wide variety of bikes and terrains and kept being left feeling discouraged to figure it all out. My experience here changed my whole perception and I could never recommend them enough. I have worked with Nathan every time I have been in and he has always taken the time to show me how everything works before my purchase and answered all my questions in depth. I came in for a resistance trainer that I had no experience with and him and Brian took the time to assemble it, price compare a tire repair kit to make sure I had the right set up for my bike, and even used a bike at the shop to show me how everything works. i ended up returning my original bike to another store to come here and purchase one just because of how knowledgeable and attentive they are. Brian even referred me to a women's bike maintenance class if I wanted more help outside of what I got here. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing and was a great reminder of what great shopping can feel like with the right customer service and staff. I will be back here for anything else I ever need for my bike and have been absolutely loving my bike and gear since purchasing it. Thank you so much to sun and ski for not only a great in store experience, but helping me to feel excited for a sport instead of scared!

Went in to buy some cycling shoes and to get some help with setting up a road bike I just purchased from good ole Facebook marketplace. Right when I walked in all of the staff greeted me and I could tell I was in the right place. The bike tech, Wayne, is the man! Total white glove service… he set me up with a set of shoes, and got to work on the bike. Made some much needed adjustments and helped install some pedals that I recently purchased as well. He even installed the cleats on the shoes I planned to buy to make sure they were set up properly. For a sport with a high barrier to entry, he made the process easy and enjoyable. Great guy, who is a wealth of knowledge and happy to share it. I will definitely be going back for all biking needs moving forward. Would highly recommend.
