Came in for a dual rain/ski jacket. California Muratore helped me find the best jacket. She was not only one of the most friendly people but also knew about all the merchandise and the pros and cons to it all. I don't think I would have been able to make the purchase without her. Interpersonally excellent. You sure have an amazing sales person!! Bravo California!

I’ve always had good luck with winter sports stuff for the entire family so when we needed a first time new bike for my grandson we went (he’s 9). The first bike was a disaster, the front derailer constantly droooed the chain. They’d adjust it and it’d be okay for a few weeks but revert to dropping the chain. So I brought it in hoping to get half my money back - but Cali stepped in and took control immediately. We got a credit for the entire purchase - then she spent a considerable amount of time finding g the right bike fit wise. We just picked it up and all is great. Cali rocks - and because of her actions we’ll be a customers for a long time.
