Shoutout to Charlie for being incredibly patient and helpful with my very specific situation, I’m transitioning out of a boot after Achilles surgery and finding a shoe that can eventually handle running too. He listened, brought out plenty of options, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Excellent service.

Everyone is truly so kind and helpful here! And what a gem Charlie is! Been having such a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable. Charlie was so patient and introduced me to Altra brand. They are amazing and so is he!😊
