We have had the best experience with Sun and Ski at the rim. We own 2 Cannondale bikes and we get the best service from Sergio in the bike dept. Very knowledgeable. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Have also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Toni. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for all you do!!

Excelente service. Aiden, Ian and. Jesso always on top of thing. Since the time I stepped into the store Aiden was there to make me feel at home. Very helpful and knowledgeable with all my bicycle problems. Ian, on the side observing and helping Aiden with what he could. At the end Jesso, helping like the cherry on the top. Everything came out great. I'm happy and my bike is much better. Thank you

Sergio V. helped us at the SAN ANTONIO Antonio, Texas location at the RIM. We cannot find the words to express how impressed and surprised we were by his knowledge, professionalism and wisdom. Such a friendly disposition. Very aware of issues with walking and body mechanics. This guy is a star. Please recognize him.
